1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OzLottoOz Social website and the Solarite Expanse games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OzLottoOz Social Gaming Pty Ltd.

2. Eligibility & 18+ Requirement

Our social casino is strictly intended for adult audiences. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access the platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage and to restrict access if age cannot be verified.

3. Strict No-Real-Money Nature

All gameplay is conducted using virtual currency (Solarite Tokens), which is provided for free and cannot be converted into real-world value.

4. Virtual Currency Licensing

Solarite Tokens (SLT) are a virtual currency provided to you as a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal entertainment use within the platform. You do not own the SLT. They have zero cash value. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency at our sole discretion without liability.

5. User Conduct & Fair Play

Players must engage with the platform as intended. The use of automated scripts, bots, exploits, or any method designed to manipulate game outcomes or artificially inflate virtual balances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and IP banning.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to game designs (Opal Rush Reels, Solar Dial Roulette, etc.), graphics, text, software, and the "Solarite Expanse" lore, are the exclusive property of OzLottoOz Social Gaming Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Account Termination Protocol

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform (whether playing as a guest or with a registered account) at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your license to use virtual currency is immediately revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzLottoOz Social Gaming Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alice Springs, NT, Australia, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the 'Effective Date' and posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
